About the place

I think of moving out of my Xior Rotsoord room — and thus I am looking for a UU student to take over my contract till August 2026.
The rent is 1411 a month, including water/electricity and the Internet. The room is completely separate, with own bathroom, kitchen and a balcony. It’s also furnished (table, bed, basic stuff). Registration is possible. No pets are allowed.
