Studio for current Utrecht University students from March 1st till August 3rd. Taking over current lease and registration is possible. The time period is not negotiable and tenant needs to be a student at UU.

Studio is in an ideal location with a 4 minute walk to bus stops Tolsteegplantsoen and Aquamarijnlaan. 8 minute walk to Vaartsche Rijn train station. 5 minute walk to Lidl, Plus, Hema, Gym and Kruidvaat.

Included in the rent is personal internet, electricity, water, trash bins (located on street), bike storage (designated area inside the building), washer and dryer (free/gratis). For additional charge there is tenant parking under the building.

The room is labelled as furnished by student housing company Xior which includes a desk and bed.
