Important: Suitable for 1 person only Basic furniture is included I would prefer a tenant who can move in as soon as possible and ideally stay for the full available rental period. As this is a standard studio and the photos give a good impression of the property, I would preferably rent it to someone who is comfortable making a decision based on the photos.
