 The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of the Nova and Vasco da Gama shopping centers. The accessibility and location of the studio are excellent, with major roads (including highways) as well as tram and bus connections in the immediate vicinity. Park Transwijk is approximately a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station can be reached within a 13-minute bike ride, and the city center of Utrecht is only 15 minutes away.

The Studio
 The studio has its own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. It is situated on the first floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful unobstructed view over the water.

The studio comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupancy. Everything you need is provided, including a comfortable bed, a foldable dining table, a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small essentials such as a kettle, dish drying rack, and cooking utensils are included.

The bathroom is luxurious and modern, featuring a walk-in shower.

All you need to bring is your suitcase; everything else has already been taken care of.

Rental Conditions
- Registration at the address is possible.
- The studio is available exclusively to one employed tenant with their own income from employment.
- Applications where the rent is guaranteed by a guarantor will not be accepted.

House Rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Overnight guests are not permitted in the studio (only family allowed).

- Upon agreement, two recent salary slips must be provided.
