The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of Nova Shopping Center and Vasco da Gama. It has an excellent location with easy access to major roads (including highways) as well as tram and bus connections nearby. Park Transwijk is about a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is approximately a 13-minute bike ride, and the city center can be reached within 15 minutes.

The Studio
The studio has its own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. It is located on the first floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful unobstructed view over the water.

The studio is fully furnished and ready to move into. Everything you need is included, from a comfortable bed, a foldable dining table, and a seating area to a fully equipped kitchen with pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small essentials such as a kettle, dish drying rack, and cooking utensils are provided.

The bathroom is modern and luxurious, featuring a walk-in shower.

Just bring your suitcase—the rest is already taken care of.

Rental Conditions
