Location:

The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of shopping centers Nova and Vasco da Gama. The accessibility and location of the studio are excellent, with major roads (including highways) and tram and bus connections nearby. Park Transwijk is about a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is approximately 13 minutes by bike, and the city center of Utrecht is just 15 minutes away!

The Studio:
The studio is located on the first floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. The studio is fully furnished and ready for immediate use. Everything you need is provided, from a comfortable bed, a (foldable) dining table, and a seating area to a fully equipped kitchen with pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small details, such as a kettle, drying rack, and cooking utensils, are included.

You only need to bring your suitcase – everything else is already taken care of!
