Charming, fully furnished studio in the popular Wittevrouwen neighbourhood, close to Utrecht city centre.

We are offering a cosy, self-contained 26 m² studio located within our own home. The studio has its own private entrance and is completely separated from our living area, ensuring plenty of privacy.

The studio includes:
* A comfortable living and sleeping area (All in 1 room)
* A private kitchen with a small kitchen island, induction hob, fridge, freezer and oven
* A private bathroom with a bathtub and shower
* A private toilet
* Central heating
* Fully furnished interior

Please note: The current photos are not yet up to date. The studio will be newly furnished this weekend, as shown in the final interior design illustration. When you are invited for a viewing I show you the redecorated studio / room.

Rental period
We are looking for someone who needs accommodation for a short period, preferably between 3 and 6 months.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a quiet, tidy, non-smoking tenant who will take good care of the studio and respect the peaceful atmosphere of our home.
The studio is located in the lovely Wittevrouwen neighbourhood, a charming and lively area within easy reach of Utrecht city centre, shops, cafés and restaurants.
