Hi there, I have 2 studios for rent, each 20m². They are under construction and completion is this coming week. The studios come with a private bathroom and kitchen. They are delivered fully furnished! So, they include a bed + mattress, wardrobe, dresser, table, 2 chairs, 2-seater sofa, and coffee table. The kitchen has an induction hob, spacious microwave oven, extractor hood, and spacious cupboards. So, the rooms are delivered brand new! We are looking for a neat, sociable, and quiet tenant! The house where the studio is located is very clean and well-maintained. I live in the house with my mother, 2 other tenants, and lovely cats! who each have their own room. Near a small shopping center with all necessities and public transport within walking distance. Also close to parks and lots of nature because the river Vecht is a 1-minute walk away. There are also parking spaces in front of the house, and you can also park your bicycle in front of the house.
