Only 2 km from the old city centre / Oudegracht and just 30 minutes by car or 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Free parking

Rental period options: 3–6 months.

The apartment is completely private. It is part of a building (two houses): a small community/complex with a mix of ages, genders, and nationalities. Everyone has their own private facilities and space, but as neighbours there are occasionally some shared activities.

1 month deposit; rent includes heating, water, and electricity, excluding some costs/utilities.
