I am looking for an international student at Utrecht University who would like to take over my studio lease at PLAZA (Utrecht Science Park) for the period from around May 10 through August 6. It is a private apartment, fully furnished, with a kitchen and a bathroom. The rent is approximately 820 euros, all-inclusive, and qualifies for housing allowance! The studio is 16 m².
