Recently Renovated Attic Studio with Lots of Natural Light – Available Immediately until the End of May

We are renting out the top floor (attic studio) of our house in Utrecht. The studio has its own kitchen and bathroom and is partly furnished (see photos). You’re welcome to bring additional furniture.

Within a few minutes’ walk you’re in the polder area for peace and nature

House Rules

No smoking or alcohol

No male overnight guests (female guests only upon prior agreement)

No parties

No washing machine available

Please let us know if you will be home later than 22:00

Additional Information

During your stay, the staircase may be renovated (approximately 1 day of work)

Inventory will be checked together

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a tenant who is open-minded, responsible, and respectful toward the living situation and the neighborhood. We appreciate someone who is conscious of their surroundings and enjoys getting to know the community, possibly through volunteer work.
