The studio is around 30 m² and has a private kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished and equipped, with a double bed, washing machine, oven, fridge, cooking facilities and Wi-Fi.

Utrecht Overvecht station is around 5 minutes by bike and Utrecht Centraal about 15 minutes by bus.

Rent: €900 for the full period, all costs included
Deposit: €400 refundable
Registration: not possible
Suitable for: preferably one person

Water, electricity, heating and internet are included.

The studio can be viewed beforehand.
