About the place

Dear tenant,

I am looking for someone to temporarily rent my accommodation for a period of one year, starting immediately.

To rent this accommodation, you must be a student. The studio is fully furnished, but you will need to bring your own bed linen.

I prefer someone without pets, as they are not allowed. I am also looking for a tenant who will keep the living space neat and clean.
