About the place

This former monastery has been converted into a ' student BnB' , creating a unique and quiet living environment in a green setting on the edge of Breda. 

At the moment our location houses about 12 students in different sections of the building, all of them being exchange students. (Buas Ermasus, etc).

The available room has a private entrance, on the ground floor, accessible from our spacious parking lot.  
The room was used before by 2 persons (see photos), but will now become available as a single room. We are looking for a single tendant to rent the room, instead of 2.

It concerns a ' private' apartment with an inroom shower and toilet (installation pending, as you can see in the picture), and a kitchenette will be installed in the next few days. 

Aside from the in-room toilet, shower and kitchenette, there is a common area directltly next to the room (although accesible via the outside door), which includes an equipped kitchen, toilet and show (and washing machine and dryer).

The room has relative high ceiling (2,5 meter) has heating and all windows are fitted with roller shutters.

On the window side, the rooms overlook a private inner courtyard that is not publicly accessible, offering a pleasant green view and a high level of privacy. On the (private) door- side, the rooms faces the parking area. 

This side also out towards the horse riding school and the entrance of the nearby ' cadettencamp' , which underlines the rural and tranquil character of the location.

The building is situated in a beautiful natural environment (nature trails (walking and biking), yet only about 10 minutes by bike from Breda central station (you can cycle via the cadet camp). Warm water and internet are included in the rent; heating/gas costs are excluded and will be charged separately.

We are looking for a tendant for our room, that fits the typical ' exhange student' profile, and who is looking for ' short-term'  rent (till March 2027). 

The room is located in a quiet environment, and we are looking for a candidate that fits in this environment (no parties, no smoking).
