About the place

There are 7 studios in total, of which 4 are currently still available.

All studios are located in the same building and are within roughly the same price range. Depending on the studio, the difference in monthly rent is no more than approximately €100.

The studios are intended for students. To be eligible, you must be able to provide the following documents:

Proof of enrolment at your university or educational institution

Proof of good tenancy, such as a landlord reference

Proof of income

The next viewing will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 10:15 AM.

During the viewing, you can see the available studios and register your interest immediately. The studios will be allocated based on the applications received, with first come, first served applying in principle.
