-looking for a clean & neat person

-you can use all the furniture and kitchenware, but please be responsible and also clean up after use
-dishwasher, oven, microwave available

-includes reasonable use of gas, water, and electricity (GWE), internet, and taxes
-deposit will be asked, but will be fully returned at the end of the term (as long as there is no big damage done to the apartment)
-tram stops and NS station Rotterdam Noord within 3-4 minutes walk
-only looking for a temporary tenant as I will be travelling

About the Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Rotterdam North, a nice neighbourhood for students in their later stages, young starters, and even family. It's located centrally in Rotterdam: 3-minute walk to the tram station, 4-minute walk to the train station, 13-minute bike to Rotterdam Centraal.

Albert Heijn within 3 minutes walk, Lidl within 9 minutes walk. A lot of sport options from gyms to yoga. Really close to the Rotte river, so you can take a nice stroll around.
