About the place

The Studio

Enjoy a peaceful, private studio in a quiet home overlooking deep green gardens. The studio features a comfortable bed with a slatted base and a fully equipped kitchen with a portable induction hob.

If you need a workspace, we can provide a large fold-out desk and monitor upon request. 

A bicycle is included with your stay, making it easy to explore the city!

The Housemates

You'll share the house with friendly, quiet and considerate academic housemates who appreciate their privacy.

The Accomodation 

We're located in a quiet residential street in a lively neighbourhood in the city center.

The house is a light, clean, modern apartment with our own front door and hallway. It has two floors: the 3th and 4th floor of the building. 

This house was originally set up to accommodate expats staying in Rotterdam for a few months (too long for a hotel, but perhaps too short to rent a regular apartment). We would love to provide you with a comfortable home during your temporary stay in this beautiful city.

We offer a full-service living experience. We take care of cleaning the shared spaces and provide all the essentials, from laundry detergent to toilet paper, so you can focus on your work and enjoy exploring your new city.

Shared Spaces

Your studio is completely private and exclusively for your use. The door can be locked from both the inside and outside with a key.

You’re welcome to use all the shared spaces as well:

- Toilet and bathroom, including a washing machine and laundry detergent.
- Large shared kitchen on the upper floor, with a balcony offering beautiful sunset views.
- Storage shed in the back garden, where you can safely store your suitcases or a bike.
