The studio has its own entrance and windows from the green backyard/patio of our dike house. Next to the house and backyard is a park. This is a spacious basement (50m2) with its own toilet, shower and even a sauna (extra electricity for use of the sauna is not included in the rental price). The basement also has a kitchenette with refrigerator, washing machine and microwave/oven. If you would like to cook on a gas stove, you can use our (shared) kitchen upstairs. Parking in our area is free. A shopping center is a 500- metre walk away. The rental price includes gas/water/electricity and a weekly cleaning.
