ROOM WITH BATHROOM FOR RENT ROTTERDAM

Looking for a preferably quiet and decent international student, with a crush for cats. (and non smoker)
I have recently renovated and refurbished the room; new carpet, paint, wall panels etc.
First time I will rent this part of my house. 
Location is in the Rotterdam West area, street: Grote Visserijstraat.
10 min to the centre of the city by tram (1 min walk) or by metro (5 min walk). 

Living room (16m2) Furnished with closets, bed + new mattress, table + chairs to study/eat.
New kitchenette with sink, microwave/oven, induction plate for cooking, basic (cooking) supplies, and a small refrigerator  (not yet in the picture).

Bathroom (4m2) Shower, sink and toilet for your private use. 
Laundry machine + vacuum cleaner are located in the bathroom, the use is free available;
(also for the other 2 members of the house, so they will enter the bathroom occasionally)

Your room + bathroom is on the 2nd floor, both rooms can be locked from the inside.
The other half of the 2nd floor is a studio, and currently occupied by a female student. 
And the landlord lives on the 1st floor. The main entrance is at street level.

Also included; a curious cat who likes to give you a daily visit, so best if you have no cat allergy. 
And when I'm away and you are home, would be lovely if you can give her even more cuddles :)

Rate: 840,- /month (incl electricity, water, wifi)
Available from 20th of August. Contract for 1 year, if all goes well then it can be extended.
