About the place

I'm leaving this very cosy studio the 29th of may and I need someone to take over starting from the 30th.
Date is non negotiable.

Price is 1200euros/months everything included.
The studio comes unfurnished, but I will be selling most of the furniture (price to be determined). 
The couch is leaving with me.

If you buy everything, it's ready to move in, including: 
- fridge, microwave, boiler and all kitchen appliance
- mattress, pillows, two rugs, hanger, curtains
- TV, vacuum cleaner
- bathroom equipment, mirrors,...
