About the place

A nice place for your own, with a luxury bathroom.
The place comes with a washing machine if u don’t have one yourself.

Internet and g/w/l is shared.

The place is currently being renovated and if necessary new photos will be added later. Please see the video.

Can be rented out with furniture if desired.

There’s one other person on the same level with their own studio. That person has their own studio, toilet, kitchen etc. 

Registration with the council is must.
On top of the rent, theres a one time fee of 250€
