Perfectly located for work or study in Rotterdam or nearby cities like Delft or The Hague. Even Amsterdam is less then an hour travel away.
Its a 35m2 private studio on the top floor of an characteristic 100 year old building.
Apart from the studio with bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) it also has a vide with extra mattress for guests and lots of storage space.  Furthermore it has a nice balcony to the south.
The studio has a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, nespresso-machine, stove and fridge. There is a small dining table which is also suitable for working or studying. Broadband internet is included.
Living area has a two-seat sofa, chair, cabinet and SMART-TV with digital cable subscription.
The bedroom has a two person boxspring and big wardrobe. An ironer is available as is a washing machine and dryer.

Be aware that this studio is ONLY FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY and for a neat and quiet person who respects the peace of the neigbors and neighborhood. Not a party place!
