Its a 40m2 studio which is fully renovated on the top floor with a beautiful view. It is nicely spacious with a balcony and vide with extra mattress for guests. Once in the appartement its completely private and everything is there.
The studio has a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, nespresso-machine, stove and fridge. Also there is a dining table which is suitable for working or studying.
Living area has a two-seat sofa, cabinet and SMART-TV with digital cable subscription. Both wired and wireless highspeed internet is available and included.
The bedroom has a two person boxspring, a wardrobe and cabinet. An ironer is available as is a washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and small cabinet with a hair dryer available.
The vide has lots of storage space and contains an extra one person mattress for guests.
