My boyfriend and I are renting out a private studio/room in our house in Rotterdam starting April 2026.

* Private bathroom & toilet
* Private kitchenette with electric stove,  kettle, fridge & coffee machine
* Fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, small dining table + 2 chairs, TV, extra cabinet, blackout curtains
* The only thing you have to share with us is the washing machine, but you are also welcome to use our living room, kitchen and garden (We’re planning to renovate the garden in spring, so we can enjoy nice BBQs in summer)

📍 Location: Delfshaven
* Quiet street, close to the city centre
* 3 min walk to Metro Coolhaven
* 10 min by bike to Rotterdam Central Station
* 10 min walk to Het Park
* 5–6 min walk to Albert Heijn
* Surrounded by many gyms, bars, and restaurants, especially around the beautiful Heemraadssingel

💶 Rent: €1150 per month incl. utilities
💶 Deposit: 1 month rent
📅 Rental period: flexible/negotiable
🧑‍🎓 Looking for: We are looking for a clean and tidy student/working student/working professional, who is social but also respects our privacy and is quiet during the weekdays, as we both work full-time.
