About the place

From June 20, my studio will be available for sublease until the end of August 2027. The studio is located in a prime location in the center of Rotterdam, on a side street off the Meent.

The studio has a floor area of 32 m² and features a private bathroom and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a spacious balcony that wraps around the building, offering views of the Laurenskerk, among other sights.
