About the place

Spacious and fully renovated basement studio for rent, offered partially furnished (see photos). The studio has an open layout, meaning the bed is located in the same space as the living area.


You will have private access to kitchen and bathroom facilities. Gas, water, and electricity and internet are included. The studio has floor heating and a washing machine.

Temporary rental only; both short-term and longer stays are negotiable.

The studio has its own private entrance at the rear of the house. Please note that the shed and small backyard are not included in the rental. This is used by the owners.

A family with a baby and toddler lives on the ground floor and upper levels of the house.
