From February 1st 2026, 2 beautiful studio’s will be available in our house on the Willemsweg in Nijmegen. 

It is a studio of +/-25 m2 with its own living room, bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen and private entrance. There is a communal washing machine, vacuum cleaner and a balcony. The studio is relatively new (built 7 years ago).

It is very centrally located (10 minutes by bike to the central station/shopping center and 15 minutes to University/HBO/CWZ/Radboud hospital). The Willemsweg shopping center is very pleasant with a number of shops and cafeterias. 50m away there is a bus stop where many buses stop.

Studio looks perfect! The net rent is €770, plus servicecost €90,- and GWE costs of €135, so a total of €995,- gross rent.

We are looking for a pleasant student or working girl aged 21 -30, who will make the house complete and cozy. Do you think you would be a nice addition to our house?
