About the place

Nice souterrain studio, located in a stately building on the ground floor, within walking distance of the city centre of Nijmegen. The building contains four apartments, each with its own facilities. We are looking for a quiet and tidy tenant.

Layout: upon entry there is a kitchen unit with space for a dining table. Adjacent is a living area that can be arranged as a comfortable seating space. In the souterrain you will find the bedroom with bathroom and toilet.

We are aware that the photos may not give the best impression due to circumstances, but a viewing is definitely worthwhile to get a proper sense of the property.

Please only respond if you have genuine interest and if the rent is financially feasible for you. It is helpful if you have already assessed your financial situation in advance and, if required, are able to provide recent payslips, an employer’s statement, and/or other relevant income documentation on short notice.

For the viewing, a maximum of 5 serious candidates will be selected. The viewings will take place on a yet-to-be-determined date and will be scheduled individually, one after another.
