From May 1, 2026, a beautiful studio will be available in our house in Hatert/Nijmegen for an indefinite period. It is a studio of +/-20 m2 with its own living room/bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen and private entrance. There is a communal washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bicycle rack and a large garden. 
 
It is very centrally located (10 minutes by bike to University/HBO and CWZ, Radboud hospital). Hatert shopping center is a little further away. The A73 motorway is 5 minutes away by car. There is also public parking in front of the door and the connection to public transport is good.
Studio is only 2 years old, it looks perfect!

The rent is net €725, plus GWE costs of €125 and service costs of €75. So a total of €925 gross rent. It is possible to apply for housing allowance!
 
We are looking for a pleasant studying/WORKING girl aged 21-30 years old, who will make the house complete and cozy. If you think you would be a nice addition to our house, please send us a response with some nice information about yourself (who you are, age, where and what you study/work, where you live now, hobbies, what you are like as a person, etc). Preferably someone who is willing to take over the furniture.
