Tenant profile: (working) student aged 18-20. For this studio, we are looking for one person (possibly from abroad). 
This concerns a temporary rental of 1 year (12 months). 
Location: Muntweg, centrally located near the station, shops, parks, and other facilities, within cycling distance of the city center. Close to hospitals and universities, which are easily accessible. Car parking is available and free. 
We are looking for a resident next to the resident living in the studio downstairs. Together, you share the common hallway, front and back garden, which is accessible via a rear walkway. 
You have access to two private living floors with a private staircase leading upstairs, comprising a shared private area of ​​approximately 45 square meters. It consists of three rooms, one of which is equipped with a kitchenette (fridge and dishwasher). Furthermore, there is a spacious bathroom (with shower cabin, toilet, and sink). A room downstairs suitable for a bedroom and an attic room that can function as a living room or study/living room (depending on your needs). Additionally, there is a shared basement where a washing machine and a condenser dryer are available for use (property of the landlord). 
The basic rent is 835 hours per month. There are also service costs (advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and other service charges) totaling 160 euros per month, which are settled annually.
