Hi everyone, I am offering my studio apartment in the SSHN Proosdij complex from June 26 until August 31 this year. It is located on the campus of HAN University, so it is very close to both HAN and Radboud universities. The studio has its own bathroom, kitchen and living-/bedroom. It is around 30 square metres. For pictures, message me privately, viewings both online and in real life are possible.

Rent:
•	€491.46  per month
•	Rent benefit (huurtoeslag)  is possible, which brings down the monthly rent to around €350/month.
•	Deposit: €500 (Required upfront; fully refundable if the studio is returned in its original condition).

To be eligible for this sublet, you must meet the following criteria:
1.         Student Status: You must be a full-time student in Nijmegen or Arnhem and provide a valid proof of study.
2.         SSHN Status: You must currently be outside of SSHN (not a current tenant).
3.         Deposit: You must have the €500 deposit available.
