A lovely studio apartment will be available in our house in Grootstal/Nijmegen starting February 1, 2026. It's approximately 14 m² and features a private living/bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen, and private entrance. There's a shared washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bike rack, and a large garden.

It's very centrally located (a 10-minute bike ride to the University/University of Applied Sciences and CWZ, Radboud University Medical Center).
A shopping center is 100 meters away. The A73 motorway is a 5-minute drive away. Public parking is available in front of the apartment, and public transport connections are excellent.

The studio looks great. The net rent is €675, plus utilities costs of €95 and service charges of €55. For a total gross rent of €825. Housing benefit applications are possible!

We are looking for a friendly student aged 21-30 who will make the house complete and inviting.
