This luxury studio,
located on the ground floor, is part of a beautifully renovated and detached farmhouse north of Amsterdam. 
You are just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Central Station. Both the studio and the entire complex have recently been completely modernized. 

The property offers a very comfortable living space and is perfectly suited for a maximum of 2 residents. 
Please note: Registration at this address is not possible!

Your accommodation
This fully furnished studio has a surface area of 35 m2 and includes its own free parking space.
Layout and amenities:
 Living space: Via a spacious front garden (which you are also welcome to use), you enter your own hallway with a wardrobe, from where you enter the living room. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Immediately on the left is an office/study room with a magnificent view over the fields and an old tidal river. You look out over the Waterland fields all the way towards Amsterdam.
 Bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm).
 Bathroom: Upon entering on the right, you will find the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and a washing machine.
 Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a combination oven, induction hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, crockery, cutlery, and pans.
 Sustainability & Safety: Hot water is supplied by a heat pump boiler powered by solar panels. The house is centrally heated and equipped with integrated smoke and fire protection.
The luxury studio is fully ready to move into upon arrival and equipped with all necessary appliances and supplies.

Public transport
Our farmhouse is easily accessible by public transport:
 The bus stop is just a 3-minute (300 meters) walk away.
 A bus to Amsterdam Central Station departs every 10 minutes. The travel time is 20 minutes (5 stops) to Central Station.
 Volendam and Edam are 10 minutes away, and Hoorn is 25 minutes away.
 Schiphol Airport can be reached in 40 minutes by car or public transport.
 For the late hours, Monnickendam is connected to the Amsterdam night bus network.
Shops and surroundings
Monnickendam is a vibrant and atmospheric water sports city, beautifully situated on the IJsselmeer.

 Dining: In the historic center, you will find cozy cafes for water sports enthusiasts and excellent restaurants, including a Michelin-starred restaurant.
 Shops: The town is equipped with all daily amenities, such as several supermarkets, bakeries, a greengrocer, cheese shops, and hairdressers.
