Tucked away in the backyard of the main house, this hidden gem offers complete privacy with its own entrance and a sunny patio to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening.

Though compact, the space is cleverly designed and ideal for one person who appreciates warmth, character, and thoughtful details. It truly feels like a home.

Located on a corner just a short walk from Middelburg’s charming city center, the house is close to shops, cafes, and everything you need. There’s no private parking, but street parking is available nearby.

The house is fully equipped—just bring your clothes! (Please note: there is no washing/laundry space). Utility use (water and electricity) is shared with the main house. A monthly advance of approx. €80 will be charged and settled at the end of the rental period.
