About the place

From August 1, 2026 until January 31, 2027, my studio will be available for rent.

I live in a studio complex with 40 other young professionals and students.

It is a neatly renovated studio located approximately 300 meters from the city center. The studio offers 40m² of living space and includes a private kitchen and bathroom. The apartment will be left fully furnished and also comes with a private storage unit. There is a shared laundry room with a dryer available for use.

If you are interested in taking over the studio permanently from me this summer, this is also possible. It is a well-maintained studio ready for a new resident. The building was renovated a year ago and now includes solar panels.
