We currently have studios available. Please note that our properties are generally available immediately or at short notice. For this reason, we are unable to offer tenancy agreements with a start date far in the future.

We recommend only applying if you are able to move within the near future. Especially during the busy summer period, availability can change quickly and studios may be rented out rapidly.

You will receive a campus contract, which means you can continue renting the studio as long as you remain enrolled as a student.

Are you looking for a self-contained studio in a modern student complex? Then this location is the perfect choice. The furnished studio includes a private kitchen and bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort. The studio is equipped with heating; air conditioning is not available.

The complex consists of nine buildings, each with its own facilities. The main building (182) features a spacious common area where you can study, relax, or socialize with fellow students. In addition, each building has its own laundry room, accessible through the Pay2Wash app, allowing you to wash and dry your laundry conveniently for a fee.

The location is ideally situated:

Bus stop within walking distance – less than 10 minutes to Maastricht Central Station.
Shopping centre nearby – just a 5-minute walk to a supermarket, drugstore, and other shops.
Maastricht University around the corner – only a 3-minute bike ride to campus.
