We currently have studios available. Please note that the start date of the contract must be within one month from the moment the contract is drafted. An earlier start date is possible, but a later start date is not. Therefore, please only apply if you are able to move in within one month.

As we are approaching the busy summer period, we recommend taking this timeline into account, as availability may become limited. In addition, we are currently running a promotion where you will receive a €250 discount on the rent for the second, third, and fourth month.

You will receive a campus contract, which means you can stay with us for as long as you are enrolled as a student.

Are you looking for a private studio in a modern student complex? Then this location is perfect for you. This furnished studio features its own kitchen and bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy and comfort. The studio has heating; air conditioning is not available.

The complex consists of nine buildings, each with its own facilities. The main building (182) features a spacious common area where you can study, relax, or socialize with fellow students. In addition, each building has its own laundry room, accessible via the Pay2Wash app, so you can easily wash and dry your clothes for a fee.
