About the place

Are you a student looking for your own place in Maastricht, equipped with all modern conveniences? We have several independent studios available immediately, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the studios are fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in right away!

The studios are located in one of the nine buildings on the grounds. The main building, , has a large common area that all residents can use to study, relax, or socialize with their fellow housemates.

The studios are located near Maastricht University. Within 10 minutes by bike, you can reach the bustling center of Maastricht with its various entertainment venues.

 The studios are approximately 18m² in size. Everything you need is provided: upholstery, furniture (including a bed, desk, and closet space), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 

You can also make use of shared facilities such as a laundry room, so you don't need to buy a washing machine or take your laundry home with you.
