Spacious modern studio with plenty of light of 28 m2 located located in Krijtstraat, Vroenhoven in BELGIUM, just across the border of Maastricht.
The studio has recently been renovated, there is plenty of light and it is indicated to someone who wishes for a safe and peaceful environment to relax or to study. 
We offer long-term accommodation for PhD students, professionals and teaching staff. We are looking for a girl and it is only for one single person. 
Due to its location in nature and the choice of tenants, this studio is particularly suitable for those who love peace and quiet. Please refrain from applying if you prefer nightlife or parties.

The walls are tightly finished and a beautiful laminate floor has come in. 
The kitchen / pantry has hotplates, sink, kitchen counter, refrigerator, kitchen closet, and ventilation.
The bathroom is shared with only one other girl and is fully tiled. It has a shower, sink, toilet, cleaning equipment, and a washing machine.

There is a nice large garden with a view of the fields, for common use. Outside, you will find the peace and beauty of the countryside. 
The studio is located in Krijtstraat in Vroenhoven. 
The distance to Maastricht city center is 4 Km and it is 10 minutes by bike. There is also a bus connection a few meters from the house which runs to Maastricht.

The rent indicated includes heating (gas), internet, the use of the washing machine and the furniture. 
The personal use of water and electricity is not included, but counted by consumption. 
In this studio it is not possible to get a permanent residence, but only a registration to the municipality of Riemst (BE).

There is a possibility to take over specific furniture from the current tenant.
