New 28 m² studio/apartment on the ground floor, with lots of light and ideal for someone looking for a pleasant and quiet environment to relax or study. 
We offer long-term accommodation for PhD students, professionals and teaching staff. Only for one person.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, sink and toilet. 
A modern kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, cooker hood, sink, fridge, and plenty of cupboard space. There are window coverings.
Outside the apartment in the hall you will find a room where you can find cleaning products, a hoover and the washing machine. 
The back door of the studio opens onto the large garden, with a view on vast fields. Outside, you will find the peace and beauty of the countryside. Within 10 minutes you can be in city centre of Maastricht.
The studio is located on the Krijtstraat, in Vroenhoven, just across the border of Maastricht.
The distance to the city centre of Maastricht is 4 km. There is also a bus connection to Maastricht a few minutes from the house.
There are parking spaces in front of the house and there a covered bicycle shed space is included.
The rental indicated includes heating (gas), internet and the use of the washing machine. 
The use of water and electricity is not included in the rent, but calculated according to usage.
It is possible to be registered at the address, however a domicile (main residence) is not possible. 

We have a preference toward female tenants and only accept contracts lasting a minimum of one year.
