About the place

I’m looking for another student to take over my student studio starting January or February.
The contract runs until July, with the possibility of extension.

The studio includes a private bathroom and kitchen and costs €720/month all-inclusive.
A €1000 security deposit is required.
I will leave most of the furniture for free. 
Location:
• 15 minutes by bike from Maastricht city center, right by the Dutch border (Lanaken, Belgium) 
• 13 minutes by bus, with regular connections
• 2 minutes by bike to Lidl, Kruidvat, and several restaurants

The building has a garden, a common room, and laundry facilities. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, amazing  for students!
