About the place

Hi, will you be the new resident of this like-new studio?

We offer the studio with its own cooking facilities (stove, fridge-freezer, private toilet, and shower). You'll share the house with four other students, each with their own studio.

The studio, approximately 17m² with a private bathroom, is partially furnished and has a fixed bed with a slatted frame.
A washing machine is available for shared use. The rent is €725 including utilities.

You may be eligible for housing benefit.
