Modern studio on the 3rd floor of the Camden Town complex, conveniently located near Hoofddorp station. As it is a studio, it features its own kitchen and bathroom. The space can be decorated to your own taste (please take furniture with you as you leave). The complex offers communal and study areas, a launderette, bicycle storage and a green courtyard garden. Heating is provided via a communal system. Rent consists of basic rent plus service charges. The deposit is 1.5 times the monthly rent. Temporary contract with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement. Unfortunately, it is not possible to register at this address. Availability date to be agreed, possibly sooner. Person I'm looking for has to be mainly a student, part-time job is fine of course.
