About the place

Since I'm going abroad on exchange for my studies, I'm temporarily renting out my fully furnished studio – from 11 October 2026 until 1 June 2027. It's completely move-in ready: everything is here and set up with care. The studio is located high up in a modern residential complex, with large windows and a lovely view over the city. Plenty of natural light comes in during the day, making it a great place to both live and study.

Thanks to the loft bed, the space is cleverly laid out: downstairs you keep a spacious seating area with a sofa and TV. You'll have your own kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine), a private bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. There's also a proper workspace with a desk – ideal for lectures and exams – and a dining table by the window. Everything is furnished and ready, so you don't need to bring a thing.

The building also offers great shared facilities: a cosy communal living room, a lounge with a pool table and foosball, a green inner courtyard, and secure indoor bike storage – perfect for getting to know other students.
