About the place

I am subletting my studio for one semester while I am on an exchange programme abroad.

The studio has its own kitchen and bathroom with a toilet, so you can live completely independently. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave/oven, coffee machine and plenty of cupboard space. The studio is also furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and desk chair, so you can move in straight away.

The studio is about a 20-minute cycle from the University of Twente and just 4 minutes from the Albert Heijn supermarket. There’s a New York Pizza 50 metres away, and there’s a communal back garden where you can safely park your bike. What’s more, the sun doesn’t shine directly into the studio window, which is a big advantage on hot days!

This makes the studio ideal for an (international) student staying in Hengelo for a single semester.
