This is a renovated studio on the second floor with a private kitchen and private bathroom (shower/toilet/sink/washing machine) (tabletop fridge/separate tabletop freezer/microwave combination/mobile electric stove). Fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table with 2 chairs, and kitchenware. Very tidy. Very spacious and very bright due to the large windows.

There is space in the storage room to store a bicycle. Free parking in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is quiet with lots of greenery. Just a few steps away is a fantastic green/water area for lovely walks. It is an idyllic spot.
