About the place

This beautiful, fully equipped furnished studio will become available on July 1, 2026. The studio is suitable for two people and features a sofa bed in the living room for guests, as well as a courtyard adjacent to the studio. You enter via a shared entrance and a private front door (housing allowance possible). You enter through the fully equipped kitchen, which also contains the adjacent shower and toilet. A small hallway leads into the living room, which features a spacious sofa perfect for relaxing. A fixed staircase leads to the first floor, where a spacious bedroom with a double bed is located. From the kitchen, you access the private courtyard at the rear, furnished with garden furniture, making it a lovely place to spend time in the summer. Textiles are provided; you only need to bring your own items.
