Looking for, or always wishing you had, a place of your own? Check this out! We have a simple, comfortable, safe, and tranquil place for rent. 
Located in a desirable neighborhood. Here are some of its features: it has two rooms of different sizes. The smaller one has, in one corner, a separate compartment with a toilet, and in another corner, a shower, both equipped with an extractor. There is a loft bed. This is mounted to the wall to save space. Underneath it, we have built a cozy study corner.
The larger room is the kitchen and living room; it is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer under the prep table, a gas stove, and a microwave oven, and the necessary utensils such as pottery and so forth. No extra charge for wireless, fiber-optic internet and access to the laundry facility. Registration at the municipality is mandatory.
Neighbors? Two hard-working female students from overseas, pursuing their academic endeavors.
