The studio has recently been renovated, has a surface area of ​​23m2, and features a very neat private kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including a refrigerator, sink, ample cupboard space, and an oven. Additionally, the studio has its own toilet and shower. The studio benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. The living space enjoys a very pleasant indoor climate due to the high insulation value, which is comparable to new-build homes. The living space is located on the second floor at the rear.

A large roof terrace will be installed on the roof of the property, which you will share with the three other residents of the house. The three other residents also each have their own independent living space. You only share the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher with them.

The property is equipped with a digital video intercom that allows the front door to be opened remotely.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vluchtroute Veilig B.V.

The property is located within walking distance of the Jumbo in De Beren (800m), but also close to the Noorderplantsoen (200m) and the city center (1000m). The train station is 2200m away.

The rent for this living space is €882, including Vluchtroute Veilig, municipal taxes, washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher. Excluding internet and gas, water, and electricity; the housemates arrange these themselves. The security deposit for the living space is €1,007.
