As of September 15, 2026, this beautiful unfurnished studio in the heart of the city center is available. Accessed via a shared entrance, one enters the studio located at the rear via a private entrance. The studio can be furnished to your liking and is equipped with a private kitchen (combination microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator), private shower and toilet, and a private boiler with an extra connection point for either a washing machine or dishwasher. The fully laminated studio will be available as of September 15, 2026, and housing allowance may be possible, as it has its own house number.
